  • • 15ml Pineapple Syrup
  • • 20ml Lime Fresh
  • • 20ml Sparkling Wine Dry Prosecco

  1. Shake all ingredients except wine in a shaker
  2. Pour into a chilled glass
  3. Add Prosecco
  4. Garnish with lemon zest and chili pepper
