Unique vodka cocktails by Nemiroff That’s my spirit are the brand’s original. Nemiroff Pepper Collins was inspired by a drink called Tom Collins. The perfect Nemiroff lineup became the basis for choosing the perfect alcohol base. Namely, Nemiroff De Luxe Honey Pepper vodka was chosen.

The original Tom Collins cocktail is a classic of bartending culture. According to the most common version, the Tom Collins cocktail was invented in the 1850s by John Collins, a maître d’ and head waiter at Limmer’s Hotel in London. Mr Collins was so charismatic and eloquent that he held his position for more than 40 years, and after his retirement, Charles Dickens visited him. The cocktail recipe was most likely created based on gin punches, which were popular in the first half of the 19th century and consisted of gin, lemon juice, soda, and Maraschino liqueur. John Collins replaced the Maraschino liqueur with a specific almond flavor with a simpler and more affordable sugar syrup, which made the cocktail less strong and more refreshing – a kind of alcoholic lemonade.
