Refreshing taste with citrus notes

INGREDIENTS

  • 15ml Nemiroff Burning Pear
  • 16ml Oat flakes
  • 2ml Wheat flour
  • 4ml Butter
  • 8ml Sugar
  • 1ml Yeast
  • 150ml Water

PREPARATION

  1. Mix flakes, pre-melted butter, flour, sugar, 50 ml of water into a homogeneous mass
  2. Infuse for 3 hours, allow to ferment
  3. Add 100 ml of water and then ferment at room temperature for a day
  4. Add flavored vodka
  5. Garnish: caramel popcorn and grated cinnamon
