  • • 30ml Dolin Dry Vermouth
  • • 10ml Maraschino Liqueur

  1. Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass over ice
  2. Stir with a spoon for 1-1.5 minutes
  3. Pour through a strainer into a chilled serving glass
  4. Garnish with lemon peel
