- • 30ml Nemiroff Burning Pear
- • 10ml Nemiroff Bold Orange
- • 25ml Chocolate Syrup
- • 20ml Sugar Syrup
- • 25ml Milk
- • Ground Spices For Desserts
- • 1pcs Fresh egg

PREPARATION
- Heat milk, chocolate syrup, cinnamon, cloves and a pinch of vanilla
- Bring to a boil, then remove from heat
- Beat the egg yolk, then beat it with sugar
- Gradually add the hot milk mixture to the egg mixture
- Cook the mixture over medium heat until thickened, then strain to remove excess spices
- Mix cream, vodka, vanilla and nutmeg
- Put in the refrigerator overnight
Rate the cocktail
