Method of preparation

  1. Heat milk, chocolate syrup, cinnamon, cloves and a pinch of vanilla
  2. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat
  3. Beat the egg yolk, then beat it with sugar
  4. Gradually add the hot milk mixture to the egg mixture
  5. Cook the mixture over medium heat until thickened, then strain to remove excess spices
  6. Mix cream, vodka, vanilla and nutmeg
  7. Put in the refrigerator overnight
