To create its beverages, the Nemirov distillery uses only premium-grade “Lux” alcohol, made from corn grown on the fertile lands of Ukraine. However, true selectivity begins even earlier—with the raw materials themselves. Their origin, growing and harvesting conditions, as well as processing at distilleries, undergo a multi-level audit and evaluation by specialists. It is the grain that lies at the heart of the future beverage’s “nobility”—its stability and purity of taste.
The Nemiroff distillery is located in the heart of Podillia—a region of a thousand lakes, where nature has created unique water resources. We use water from our own artesian wells, protected by an ancient granite layer. Passing through these natural filters, the water acquires a soft taste and a harmonious mineral balance.
Nemiroff’s technology carefully preserves the “living” structure of the water, highlighting the unique terroir of Podillia and giving the drink a velvety texture.
In some recipes, the Nemiroff distillery uses natural light honey harvested from local apiaries. Honey is an ingredient with deep historical roots. It was from honey that ancient mead beverages were born, which were once aged in barrels for centuries. Today, natural honey acts as a natural stabilizer. At the molecular level, it harmonizes the character of the strong alcohol, giving the drink a smooth finish. It is this component that maintains the connection with the centuries-old tradition of distilling and provides that pleasant sweetness that has become a hallmark of our honey-based lines.
The unique character of the beverages is shaped by the work with botanical ingredients. At Nemiroff, only natural spices and herbs from trusted suppliers are used. Their aromas unfold gradually: the ingredients are infused and then delicately distilled, forming infusions and aromatic spirits. This is how distinct notes are born—from the spicy character of cumin and vanilla to the bright piquancy of red pepper.

Multi-stage water treatment system: the water used to produce vodka isn’t simply purified—it’s specially prepared for contact with alcohol. The fact is that hardness salts, which are naturally present in drinking water, form cloudiness and sediment when mixed with alcohol. To avoid this, the water is sequentially desalinated. First, in a sodium cation exchange unit, and then through reverse osmosis membrane filtration.
But what sets Nemiroff apart is its water blending process. A portion of the deeply desalinated water is combined with water that has been desalinated less intensively. It is precisely this sequential, multi-stage treatment system that distinguishes Nemiroff’s production from standard industry practices. The water at the inlet and the water in the blend are fundamentally different in quality. Thanks to this, the natural taste of the water is preserved, and the vodka acquires its legendary smoothness.
Filtration of the water-alcohol mixture: after mixing water and alcohol in the required proportions, the mixture undergoes the first stage of filtration through layers of activated charcoal made from beech and birch wood. This is a traditional method that the Nemiroff distillery has perfected for industrial-scale production. The mixture passes through charcoal columns, where the finest fusel oils are removed.
The next stage is filtration through specially prepared quartz sand, in which every grain is rounded. It is at this stage that the clarity and characteristic velvety smoothness of the future beverage begin to develop.
Next comes the most innovative part of the technology—treatment with silver, platinum, and amber. The vodka passes through special filters and acquires its premium quality.


To create its signature infusions, Nemiroff uses only natural herbs, flowers, and spices. The process is as transparent as possible: a water-alcohol mixture is infused with selected ingredients, resulting in alcohol infusions. To produce aromatic spirits, the infusions are distilled in special units—distillation stills, or alambics.
It is these aromatic spirits and infusions that make our products recognizable, adding depth and complexity to the flavor. This is the element of craftsmanship that transforms classic vodka into a drink with its own history and unique character. After all the components are blended, it’s time for the drink to “rest.” The mixture is aged in special vessels at the Nemiroff distillery so that the molecules of water, alcohol, and natural extracts form stable bonds, allowing the aroma to unfold, the taste to become harmonious, and the texture to become velvety.
The premium beverages of the Reserve and Bold Orange lines hold a special place. Their infusions undergo additional aging in oak barrels. This enriches the drink with noble woody notes and imparts a unique aroma.

Nemiroff uses both local raw materials and ingredients from trusted foreign suppliers. The foundation of the beverages is crystal-clear water from artesian springs located directly near the production facility, and “Lux” grade alcohol supplied by trusted farms in ecologically clean regions. And to ensure 100% quality control of raw materials, preparations for the launch of its own distillery are already nearing completion.
Natural honey comes from local apiaries. Other ingredients for infusion, such as exotic spices and herbs, are sourced from leading suppliers. Each individual batch undergoes rigorous testing by a dedicated quality control department.
Yes, Nemiroff has special products, including Nemiroff Horseradish. This is a seasonal, limited-edition offering from The Originals line. Unique extraction methods allow only the finest essential oils to be extracted from the horseradish. And natural honey from local apiaries rounds out and softens the flavor, adding warmth to the finish.
Nemiroff Cherry Thorn Liqueur is another interesting offering. The combination of these two ingredients is no accident. After all, the cherry provides the initial note, while the character of the thorn emerges gradually. The result is a warm, long finish with a pleasant berry tartness.
